Nikhaar helps people in Pakistan find trusted, verified cosmetic & aesthetic clinics and book a free consultation. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us (for example, via our WhatsApp ad) and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the name shown on your profile or that you provide.
• Details you share to book a consultation: your city/area, the procedure you're interested in, and (if you mention them) your rough budget and preferred timing.
• The messages you send us in the conversation.
• If you choose to send it, a photo or document. Sending a photo is entirely optional, and we never carry out any medical or diagnostic assessment — that is for the clinic's doctor at your consultation.

How we use your information

• To understand what you're looking for and connect you with a suitable verified clinic for a consultation.
• To respond to you and to improve our service.

How we share it

When a verified clinic takes up your enquiry, we share your contact details and the information you provided so they can confirm your consultation. We treat cosmetic interests as sensitive and share them only with the clinic that will see you. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the service.

WhatsApp and Meta

Conversations take place over WhatsApp, and our ads run on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can stop messaging us at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@nikhaar.com.pk.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our service is intended for adults considering cosmetic or aesthetic procedures and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly.
